‘Please be aware that our 16-17 year old students will learn alongside more mature students. This means they will not be with Malvern House staff all day, for example when travelling to and from school or in their free time. If you are interested in a learning experience only for 18 years and under with full time supervision, please see our Language in Action programme

  • When you make a booking with us, we will send a parental consent form to be completed and returned to us by a parent/ guardian. This includes the level of care and support we provide, rules for the student to follow to keep them safe, and our 24-hour emergency contact numbers in case you needto contacts.
  • We ask for a 24-hour contact number and email for the parents/ guardians of students in the parental consent form to process your booking.
  • Parents/ guardians must inform Malvern House London of any medical condition or disability of a prospective student. If such information is not provided, Malvern House London may refuse to accept the student. The student will have to return home at their own expense.
  • Malvern House London staff and host families cannot be responsible for student’s medicines. Students who take medicine should bring a description of what medicine they take; in case they need medical attention while they are here.
  • Students who are 16/17 can only stay in homestay accommodation. Students under 18 usually cannot stay in our residence accommodation without a parent or guardian. We strongly advise that students under 18 book full-board (all meals) or half-board accommodation, so they have at least breakfast and dinner provided.
  • We strongly recommend that all students under 18 book an arrival airport transfer with us to arrive safely at their host’s address.
